What if my customers get upset with the fee?

Nobody wants to pay additional fees, more and more cardholders are starting to realize just how expensive it’s been for merchants to accept credit cards. By charging a small service fee on a sales transaction, is a small price for cardholders to pay for the goods and services you provide.

Cardholders see this fee a lot when they pay bills online or purchase from international websites. We’ve all become accustomed to paying $2-4 when we use an ATM and this cash discount fee is actually cheaper than the ATM fee for most transactions.

Once you explain that you’re trying to keep the cost of your goods and services down, most will appreciate this.
